I’ve talked to a lot of people who struggle to lose weight and most of them have this one thing in common:
They’re trying to lose weight blindfolded.
What I mean is they aren’t tracking their food intake, they aren’t measuring portions, and they don’t weigh in at the same time every day.
It’s no wonder they’re stuck, because they don’t have any real info to go by.
If you’re struggling to make progress, then you’re in luck because today I’m going to share 3 tools to make fat loss so much easier.
Download MyFitnessPal – You’d think by now this company would offer me a sponsorship because I promote them so much. Truth is I’ve been using the free app for over 4 years and it makes everything so easy. I input my food, hit my calorie goal, and fat loss happens at will.
Buy A Food Scale – This is usually where I lose people. They never learned to measure their portions when growing up, and not everyone needs to. However, if you need to lose weight, knowing exactly how much food you’re eating is imperative. Also, all food labels have measurements in grams.
Use Your Bathroom Scale – Most people I talk to weigh in randomly throughout the day. In order for accurate measurements, weigh in daily at the same time and take an average across the week. Compare week to week and you’ll get a good idea of what’s happening.
If you use all three of these tools daily, you’ll be able to control your weight at will just like I have.
No, it’s not easy at first so just keep practicing.
Over time, you’ll get good at all of this and it will feel like second nature.
