Huge Diet And Training Update
I’m finally back with another video and this time it’s on my diet and training.
Got some new strength goals I’m working towards so I figured I’d give you an update on how things are going.
At the end of the workout footage, I decided to include two more days of random vlog footage including shoe shopping and hitting up Boston.
