In today’s video I show you what I eat in a day to gain weight, talk about my coffee problems, and end up sneaking into a football game.
If you’re struggling to gain weight, the best tip I can give is to track your calories accurately.
It could be as simple as eating 300-500 calories more than your body needs per day, but the only way to know that is to track them in an app like MyFitnessPal.
I usually burn about 2,600 calories each day but during this video showing what I eat in a day, I take in about 3,200 calories which will definitely help me gain weight.
The other trick is to be consistent.
Eating extra one time won’t help, but eating similar meals every day can really make a big difference.
