EPIC Cheat Meal Challenge (This Was TOO Easy)
In today’s video, I do a cheat meal challenge and smash a bunch of calories in 13 minutes.
I put together a plate with a massive pancake, 3 eggs, ketchup, and spinach which would have been delicious and filling on it’s own.
But I didn’t stop there.
I made another plate with a cheese quesadilla, tons of chicken breast, kale, and salsa on the side.
Needless to say, it didn’t last long.
After all the eating, I vlog about random stuff which makes no sense.
You’ll also learn how I still get results in the gym, even while eating these massive meals regularly.
