Epic Upper Body Strength Training Workout
Today was a solid upper body strength day, despite the weight feeling heavier than it should.
Stressful situations can make things feel harder than they really are, but as long as you’re confident in your ability there should be no problem.
That was absolutely true in today’s session.
I even went as far as to attempt a lifetime personal record on the dumbbell shoulder press, which you’ll see in the video below.
