Last week, I talked a bit about starting a new workout program and today I’m showing you my first week of Wendler 531.

So far, it’s been excellent and I like the layout of the program.

It’s simple and straight to the point, but customizable enough to work towards your specific goals.

As long as you don’t alter the main strength programming for the shoulder press, deadlift, bench press, and squat you can do whatever you like for accessory work.

In my case, I chose to do higher volume, bodybuilding style accessory work.
