Full Day Of Eating Bulking Diet
I talk with a lot of people at the gym, and one of the common questions I get is:
“What should I eat to gain weight?”
My answer is usually the same, which is actually a string of questions.
1. Are you closely tracking calories?
2. Do you weigh yourself every morning?
3. Are you getting stronger in the gym?
If your answer is no to any of these questions, then chances are it will be pretty difficult to gain the right kind of weight.
Once you learn and master these three things, you’ll be able to completely control your bodyweight and physique with enough dedication and patience.
Another thing you can do is see what I eat to gain about 1-3 pounds per month and alter it to your own calorie level.
