Makes sense, right?
Well, that’s the problem… it only makes sense because the basics of weight loss aren’t freely taught like they should be.

In order to create a deficit, you need to track your calories, otherwise you’re just running in the dark.

I recommend aiming to lose no more than 1 pound per week to make it easier to stick with long term.
The REAL way to drink tea and lose weight:
1. Enjoy some green or black tea
2. Track your calories
3. Create a calorie deficit
4. Focus on strength training
5. Enjoy life
Follow these steps and you can lose fat and feel better every single day.
