I tend to eat a lot of food every day and much of that food is from 3 main meals. I usually do the traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner with scattered snacks and other food throughout the day.
Two of my meals are pretty much the same every day (oats/peanut butter/whey and chicken/rice/vegetable) with more flexibility for the rest of my food. I aim to try new food combinations as often as possible to keep things interesting and to reduce cravings for junk foods. Recently, I came up with new meal ideas and hit the flavor jackpot.
What Is This Excellent Meal?
Most of the food I cook is very plain, meaning I don’t usually add spices or seasonings to anything. I actually enjoy the taste of each individual food. I decided to put together a burger with avocado on a wheat bulkie roll, red potatoes, and spinach on a plate and it was one of the better decisions I’ve made.
I cook the burger while microwaving the potatoes for 5 minutes. I add spinach to the plate of potatoes and microwave it for another minute. I can usually time it so that everything is done at the same time.
