My Reverse Pyramid Training Results
I’ve been doing reverse pyramid training for several weeks now and the results have been coming in nicely now that I’m on higher calories.

My main focuses have been the deadlift, weighted chin up, and seated dumbbell shoulder press, but lately I’ve shifted my pressing focus to barbell incline bench.
My dumbbell press has taken a hit, but my incline bench progress has been amazing.
I’m excited to soon be the strongest I’ve ever been, weighing nearly 30lbs lighter than I did a couple years ago (at my peak strength).
I’m hyped to see how the next month of training goes!
