Why You Shouldn’t Take My Advice
There’s no secret that my strength training and fat loss advice isn’t for everyone.
If you’re trying to become a serious powerlifter, then I probably can’t help all that much.
If you’re trying to become a jacked and tan bodybuilder, then I probably can’t help you.
I haven’t done either of those things so it’s not right for me to give advice in those areas.
However, if you’re trying to lose some weight, look better, and enjoy life in the process then that’s exactly what I can help you do.
