I also bring you along for my haircut and show you a healthy grocery haul of the foods I’ve been eating lately.
As you’ll see in the video, I’ve been a bit relaxed with my diet so it’s good to have some good foods in the house.
Honestly, most of the video was just for fun, but you can also see what I’ve been doing with training and diet to gain (or lose) strength.
