How To Stick To A Diet Plan
As far as strength training goes, this week has been super boring.
I’ve been doing submaximal workouts and taking it easy to boost my recovery, but it’s still not fun.
In the past, I’d usually deload for a day or two then change my mind but I actually stuck with it this time.
Not only that, but I stuck to my diet pretty well considering the dozens of food trucks that set up shop less than 20 feet away from me.
Sure, I’m bulking but that doesn’t mean I should eat like an idiot either.
