It’s 2026 and I’m out here saying everyone should run an email based business.
Even though there are more modern options out there like Skool, Telegram, and Discord where you can connect with your audience, sell, and deliver products.
The reason I’m heavily suggesting this 48 year old marketing method is simple:
- Pretty much everyone has email
- Most people check it multiple times per day
- It’s simple to use
- It’s not public like blogs or social media (more of a 1 to 1 feel)
- You can send one email to all your readers at once (high leverage)
And probably my favorite reason of all:
Email marketing has been my highest revenue channel by far, and most online business owners experience the same thing when they do it right.
The whole process is relatively simple too:
Set up a simple landing page with a headline, call to action, and a subscribe form, promote it on social media or run ads to build your list of subscribers, and send an email 1-7 times per week helping your readers and offering your products.
I talk about how to set this up in The Info Product Lifestyle Blueprint and go much deeper into writing emails in How To Write Emails That Sell.
And just for the sake of example…
This right here is 282 words and took me 9 minutes to write and send to hundreds of people with a click of a button.
Just imagine the power in sending your message and offers to hundreds of your own potential customers just like that…
Talk soon,
-Gabe
