Building A Daily Routine For Your Digital Product Business

One of the most valuable things you can ever do for your digital product business is building a daily routine.

It can be the difference between starting one day then giving up 3 weeks later, and being able to build long enough to see the results you want.

And when I say routine, I don’t mean waking up at 1am, taking 3 cold showers, meditating for 9 hours, doing 6 workouts, then finally getting to work…

I mean focusing on IPAs:

Income Producing Activities.

Some examples of IPAs are posting on X and Threads, writing articles, uploading videos, running ads, sending emails to your list, and promoting your offer.

So when it comes to building your daily routine, it should have these things in mind.

For example, every morning I wake up early, get some black coffee brewing, then sit down to write my daily email.

After that, I’ll post my daily email on my blog, then I’ll schedule some posts in Buffer to go out automatically on Threads and X.

Throughout the day, I’ll comment on people’s posts where I can add value when I can find the time.

That’s it.

This daily routine will look different for everyone.

Some people post 3 times per day on Instagram and aren’t focused on email yet, so that daily routine would be more focused on IG Reels, Carousels, and Stories.

Some people are fully focused on YouTube and either post no-edit videos every day or work on scripts and editing every day for more elaborate videos.

Some people focus on Substack so their routine will be emails, articles, and Notes.

Whatever it is you’re focused on, build your daily routine around that.

Everything you do should be building your audience, deepening your connection with your audience, acquiring new customers, or all 3.
